Amazing customer service and finally a company that stands behind their product. I contacted customer service and got put in touch with Ivy. She responded to each one of my emails and questions with complete care and total understanding/respect for the customer. She looked up my part that I had an issue with and got it sent out immediately. To my amazement, I got a follow-up email over a holiday weekend with all the pertinent info including tracking link and my estimated delivery date. It is still impressive to see companies that stand behind their products no matter how small the issue and provide the level of customer service that Ivy provided to assist me.
