I ordered a tent and the wrong size was delivered, so I contacted customer service who said they would send me shipping labels to return the tent. I could not get a refund until the tent was returned and I needed the tent for an upcoming event and ordered the correct size again. They sent me two different shipping labels for the return, neither of which were correct when I took them to the shipper (USPS the first time, Fedex the second time). I tried to call customer service, sent emails, and received no response to the calls, and delayed response to the emails. I finally had to pay for the shipping myself, which amounted to over $400 for three boxes in excess of 150 pounds. I did this because they stipulated that the returns needed to occur within 20 days or I would not get a refund. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the shipping ever since. It seems as if their customer service is based overseas because you get email responses in the middle of the night. The only reason the get a 1 out of 5 is that the second tent has worked, once they sent the missing parts. Their customer service is not good.
