I've had 2 Quiktent canopies for 4 years. They have preformed beyond my expectations. Canopies I've had in the past have failed and been replaced at least biannually. These canopies will last me for many years to come. The most impressive aspect to owning Quiktent is the customer service after purchase. I managed to break a foot from my Privacy canopy, wrote to ask the metal it was made of, so I could have it welded. To my complete delight, I was contacted by Milka at Customer Service, who informed me that they would be able to replace the leg for only the cost of shipping. She was extremely informed and helpful in finding just the right part, and kept my up to date on shipping progress. In this day and age, to find this level of care and service, is very refreshing.
