The company sent me extra screws when I thought they shorted me, while it was not their fault but mine for not using the structural support poles. Now I'm all set!
This is minor, but I would prefer to receive instructions for just the one product I purchased (not one pamphlet with all the products) with a little bit more detail about the assembly process for my unit.
