I have been a Quidco customer for over 10 years, and never had cause to feel to write a review.
But recently I had my account hacked and all my money removed. As soon as I realised this I contacted them. They accepted they had been suspicious activity. After 3 week days of hearing nothing (they say you will get a response within 2) I contacted them again. The reply was this was my fault and they won’t accept any responsibility. No apology no empathy, nothing. In fact even worse they implied I was a lair.
I have asked about if this has happened to others and why improvements to their security hasn’t happened as a result, ie 2 factor identification. And I was only told this is being looked into. I hope for others it is. Be warned. Remove your cash as soon as possible unless your happy to lose it
