When I ordered my massage table, the delivery date kept being moved forward. This was probably beyond their control, but the promised 4 days turned into several weeks. The product information on the website of this company is not accurate. I ordered a massage table with 4 cm padding. But the padding is only just over 2 cm thick which makes it very uncomfortable. I sent several mails to complain about this, but it took them almost 3 weeks before they sent me a reply saying that the 4 cm padding means the total thickness of the table, including the wooden board that is quite thick. Especially the face hole in the table is not usable. It is ok for a couple of minutes, but a massage takes much longer than that and most of my clients complained that it is not doable to stay on the table face down for an extended time. Take care to double check al the given information on the quirumed website before ordering because they don't make it simple to return faulty goods.
