If I could, I would give it a rating of 0. I purchased a cosmetic bed from this company for my business. I thought it would be worth it because they have good reviews and are expensive compared to others. Here I am couple months letter. I have stains on my bed, any piece of clothing that has something darker on it automatically leaves stains that I didn't have on my cheap bed. After a lot of email back and forth with their customer service. I reported it. A few months later, today I was supposed to receive a product that was supposed to help. Yesterday I wrote to them a email and got the answer that I should wait until next month. What kind of unprofessional and shameless company is this? I would not recommend this company to any of my colleagues or clients.
