The customer service is terrible. Be aware of the high charges and very restrictive refund policy. They will not honour any refund unless you complete 21 days of training within the 30 day cooling off period. I did not realise that I was even in a 30 day period as I did not realise I was in a subscription. So I was unable to fulfil their ‘one and only’ way to get a refund as I’d never logged into their platform (as I didn’t realise I was in a subscription. So £49.99 that I have never consciously authorised or used a product and they refused to refund me. Terrible customer service. Any reputable company that had a product that was worth the money, in cases like this, would honour a refund. They have the facilities to know their product hadn’t even been accessed past my one and only login. Very disheartening. Very disappointed.
