I haven't received my order yet to review that specifically; however, they are replacing exactly what I have now due to damage sustained through normal wear. Though I was outside my warranty (I knew this when I contacted Quoc) I wanted to share the shoe failure/damage to perhaps help with future design considerations. Quoc owed me nothing yet still offered up a generous discount for a replacement pair, for which I am very grateful. These are by far the most comfortable cycling shoe I've ever worn and have sung their praises to anyone who asks "what shoes are those"?
