Shoes I purchased didn’t fit despite following the size guidelines on the website so I think this could be improved. However, sales and after sales service is excellent. The response time is relatively quick and detailed. I have returned the shoes and have purchased a different style from QUOC. It would be more efficient if they could do exchanges. However, can’t fault willingness to help .
