Fantastic customer service, my new shoes where delivered with a minor defect I was sent a new pair the next working day with no quibble. Having just tried the shoes on a short 40mile ride they feel so comfortable and the quality seems good. Pleased I took the plunge to try a different brand than my normal lake shoes as I required a shoe that was stiff and I could walk in on bike adventures looks like it ticks both these boxes.
