The buying and returning process we’re awesome and easy. The shoes I bought weren’t quite as great as I expected. They’re quite heavy and don’t seem breathable, and the fake boa was a pain to use. The fit didn’t really work for me… I feel the size was correct but the toe box gave me some discomfort which is an issue I’ve had in other shoes. Mostly returning them because of the fit. But the other issues make me feel better about the return
