The shoes didn’t fit so I had to exchange them. The exchange process takes way too long. Most online stores will ship the exchanged item as soon as the return package is received by the *post office*, not the warehouse.
Had I known this before hand (it is not explicitly mentioned in the returns page, and the FAQ actually say Quoc doesn’t do exchanges) I would’ve ordered 2-3 sizes and returned the ones that didn’t fit me.
