Used the site last year for insurance. Had an email telling me my policy was up for renewal on the 30 october.Filled in the details expressing to be contacted in the evening.Following morning 4 calls between 9.00-9.30, the first asking for details that had been submitted on the form,then telling me I was contacting them too early and to call back nearer the renewal.I did point out all I did was to respond to an email I had been sent.Also that he was contacting me too early as I had requested evening as best time to contact me.He put the phone down on me !! The next 3 calls I politely told them not to waste my time.I think the site is a good idea its the insurance companies that use the information that are the let down.
