As with other reviewers I found the endless subsequent phone calls for the rest of the required information annoying. The site should list upfront all questions that will affect the quote. There should be an option for e-mail contact only.
There's an implication that you can compare quotes quickly - not until you've spoken to endless salesmen, remembered to get all the answers consistent, and waited for e-mails or more phone calls. Supposed to 'save time for busy lives' - I think not.
