We were very pleased with the work carried out which was to replace spindles, rail and posts on a landing. They were punctual, did the work very professionally and consulted with us every step of the way. They were also tidy and took care to cause as little disruption as possible as we were at home with small kids. They were also able to reduce the invoice a little as the cost of one part quoted had come in cheaper. He did not have to do that and we would not have been any the wiser, so impressed with their honesty and customer service. Prior to the visit Mindus had been very flexible about the work date when we had to rearrange at short notice which was much appreciated. He also came to discuss a potential problem in advance on a Sunday which again we appreciated and were impressed with. We particulalry liked his website and booking procedures, very slick and very professional. We would not hesitate to recommend him.
