The staff were very helpful. When I placed my order over the internet, for some reason part of it did not remain on the order and I had not noticed until everything was completed. I called them and they took a new order for the missing items and it was packaged and delivered as a single order. The tiles, however were a totally different colour from those shown on the site. As it happens they still went with the wall tiles I got from a different source, but it was disappointing. There was no colour marked on the cartons for me to confirm that what was delivered was the same as the order.
