The rack was exactly as described, easy to assemble and of reasonable quality. The dispatch and tracking could be improved, I simply got an email to say the package had been dispatched, the website gave only a dispatch number so I had no idea when it would arrive, even what day so I was unable to make arrangements to be at the delivery address. Lucky someone was there to receive the delivery.
