A gentleman contacted me soon after I placed my order, to let me know my 18U cabinet order would take a bit longer than originally expected, he offered me a 15U in it's place, which still exceeded my actual project requirements. This alternative rack was dispatched the very next day. Top marks, and I will definitely buy my next server rack cabinet from these guys!
