Overall, the cleanse was relatively disappointing. The majority of the juices taste the same and I didn’t feel any huge benefits of 5 days of cleansing. I think when you are hungry you want routine and so the second lot of juices need to at least arrive the night before because I waiting until almost lunch time on day 3 of my cleanse which just isn’t good enough.
