Always high quality. Best dehyrated meals I have had, that rehyrdrate very well resulting in fresh tasting meals. I feel good after the meals as they are not highly processed or contain excess aditives. The protein powder mixes superbly and the smoothies are great. Reccomend to athletes or anyone who wants consistent, convenient, nutritious food.
