Great stuff, I am trialing using the keto products for backcountry trips and they are perfect.
So far my favourite is the Rosemary/Mint Lamb meal.
It is amazing the difference in density of Radix vs traditional freeze dry meals like backcountry etc, Radix is smaller in volume so doesn't leave you bloated but is higher in quality macronutrients and calories.
I would recommend this to all backcountry adventurers who take their health and nutrition seriously.
