Took a truckload of the Keto 600Cal meals for work at a remote site. Overall a pretty good experience, easy to prepare, the freeze-dried avocado was actually a pretty good substitute for meat and you could see just how much they were packing into each meal. My only complaint would be the Basil Pesto - that one had a fairly nasty bitter aftertaste that really wore you down after a while (but now I know to avoid it for future trips, it is all good on all other flavours)
