Easy as good nutrition for overnight and traveling when there is limited access to dietary requirements. I use the LOW FODMAP range. For me this is the perfect meal for on the go. Makes staying on a specific diet easy. No more reqrets of making bad food choices and the consequences of an upset stomach.
One tip is to use PeriPeri style rice & quinoa - leave for 20 mins and it becomes light & fluffy. Add sheep cheese ( naturally low in lactose) and some greens. Best $10-15 meal you will have away from home. 😋
