I started out with the CHEAP sample options for both proteins and breakfast options. I never really know what I want. So it is good to try different options. Because of that option, I purchased a BIIIIIIIIG back of Coconut Protein powder, and how it mixes well with JUST water, and IN THE MICROWAVE is wayyy better than any of the MANY proteins I've tried before where it is all crumbly and hard and gross. Healthy Cake in a Cup Recipe: (I'm 8 weeks away from my first BodyBuilding Competition of the year so low cal is necessary!) 1 scoop coconut protein 100ml water 30-45 seconds in the microwave (can do less or more if you want it gooey or not) Additions:! +banana or blueberry on top + pb on top +50ml milk - before microwave option + 20ml sugar free maple syrup (before or after)
