Before a 4 day hike I accidentally went to the wrong location (distribution centre) to try and buy a handful of Radix meals. The manager took time out of her day to sit down with me, apologise that the location was yet to be set up for retail purchases, spoke with me at length about the product range and helped me place an online order which was picked and packed on the spot! It was a fantastic experience showing how much this company values their customers. The meals absolutely did the trick. They are simple and easy to prepare, requiring just a few hundred ml of cold or warm water. They taste good and provide all the nutrition needed for a strenuous day on the trails.
