On Thursday April 4, I ordered flowers to be delivered the next day via your website. On Friday morning April 5, I decided to call Rafael florist to confirm that my order would definitely be shipping that day. Although I had already paid extra for a rush delivery and a morning delivery, and I had gotten email confirmation of this, I thought it would be wise to call in and confirm anyway. When I did this, the customer service agent told me that my name was not listed in the queue for delivery. She did find my physical order packaged and ready to ship out, but the fact that it was not listed in the delivery queue is rather upsetting. If I never would’ve thought to call in and confirm, my recipient would have never received her flowers. The customer service agent told me it must have been an error on their behalf. After this phone conversation, I soon received an email invoice with my order confirmation. On this invoice, my recipient’s name and address both had typos! If these flowers would have never reached the destination due to an address typo, or if my recipient received her flowers with her NAME SPELLED WRONG, it would have been very embarrassing. Although the flowers were beautiful when they reached my recipient, I can’t say that I will use Rafael Flowers again because of such seemingly careless mistakes from customer service.
