I was very happy with my experience with Rainey's Closet. I was contacted by Rainey's Closet in advance of my item being sent to me for rental because it had been returned to them stained by the previous renter. They told me that it wasn't their policy to send stained items but if I wanted it they would give me a discount. I chose to rent the item and they overnighted it to me so I would have it on time. The process of renting and returning was very easy. I would rent from them again.
