Overall experience was good. Order arrived a day late because of ups issues which added some stress. The dresses were absolutely gorgeous and in great shape. However, I can't say the same for the hair accessories. They were packaged only in tissue paper and came in a shipping bag so they arrived very flat. The bows and the flowers were so flat and not full. No matter how I tried to fluff of open them up, it didn't work. I ordered two different headpieces because I wasn't sure which would look better with the dresses and would up not being able to use either and I had to go out and buy my own bows. I feel the accessories should have better package (i.e. In a box and maybe with cotton balls stuffed in the bows to prevent them from falling so flat. ) I have to reiterate just how absolutely gorgeous the dresses are though.
