The customer service at Rainey's Closet is impeccable. Our dress shipped on time, but due to Hurricane Irma hitting in Florida, shipments were delayed by UPS. The dress was supposed to be delivered on Friday, and UPS informed us that delivery would be delayed until Monday. Our event was Saturday, so when I emailed Rainey's closet on Friday, they overnighted the same dress to us at their cost, and it was at my doorstep in less than 24 hours! They saved the day! Not to mention, the dress was beautiful and process to return was simple. Thank you! I highly recommend!
