Both dresses I ordered came on time and in almost perfect condition. Unfortunately one of the dresses was too big for my 1 year old so she wasn't able to wear it. I was stuck having to buy a dress for her last minute. The only major issue I had was having to ship back the dresses. I didn't realize until after I dropped the dresses off that it had to be by 12. You pay for 4 full days yet the dresses don't arrive before 12 on the 1st day so it's unrealistic to expect someone to return it by then. Overall, I will definitely be ordering from Raineys closet again
