The RainGuard online store was great to order from, but shipping has failed. I needed my order yesterday but since USPS received it, it has been delayed and tracking is not telling me where it is or when I can expect it, just that it is still on its way. That means the order is probably lost and even if not, it is lost to me. That doesn't work for me because my project is now at a standstill until the RainGuard arrives and my schedule of workers on the next phases of this project is lost and they are not waiting and are moving on to other work elsewhere and I can only get them back when they have finished that other work. I am finding out that this delay is not unusual for USPS and like many other customers, if a supplier ships with USPS, they will not get the orders in favor of another using UPS or FedEx. Sorry for having to report my bad experience but I am burned by this transaction that regrettably failed by your chosen shipper.
