Bought toilet brush it arrived broken with no packaging other than the flimsy box and grey plastic bag, contacted them they offered to send replacement which when it arrived it was again broken. I demanded my money back I was offered max $5 they demanded I return it to china before I could get a refund. Worked out about £70 to return it. No attempt is made to package these items to prevent damage none at all. So say they pay $2 to buy it then sell it to you for $23 knowing full well it’s going to arrive unusable but saving themselves money on shipping fees they are making money on every one they sell and buyers get nothing.
