Easy to order, Waterbutt was delivered in the '14 working days' delivery time, and received in good condition (not unwrapped yet).
Was delivered by a local Pallet company who phoned the day before to see if delivery for the next day was ok. Had a text from Pallet company and a phone call to give a timeframe for delivery.
I couldn't see in 'my Account' on the Rainwater Solutions website details for delivery.
But all in all a good experience.
