I signed up for Raisefx to do trades, and upon signing I had to select my country and upload my passport ID (or any other gov. issued document), so I uploaded my passport for verification. After I logged into my account to make a deposit, I selected my currency (since it's on the list, right?) and after I confirmed to pay, I got a message saying that my nationality or region is not supported by their service. Seriously? They could not say this before I made a registration and uploaded my passport info?? Why they even allow Serbia on the list to be able to sign up if the service is not possible to be used? What's the point of having account without being able to use it? I won't even comment on their live chat support, down to the bottom worst service. I just have to take up the case to Fosterboon.org, they were the one that make sure my money was returned back to my account.
