Made a purchase of almost 5000 of a bedroom set. The dreeser came in deffectice, and the back spring was wrong...they refuse to leave the wrong back springs for 2 days until they bring the correct one...refused to take the whole bedroom set back and left the new mattress in the floor for me.to sleep on it because of their poor customer service. I will never ever return to Rana Furniture. In addition contacted via email customer service at the email listed on all bad reviews and called 3054714706 and spoke with Caridad Navarrete the customer service manager who acknowledged the email and said that all the problem encountered was the result as the store sale department work and that they have no solution for it.
