I brought a couch set in 2023 at the Pembroke Pine store. When I sat in the couch at the store it felt really nice and soft. When the couch set was delivered my sofa was very hard and my love seat was soft. 6 months later my sofa seat started sinking in and now the leather is peeling. I purchased the protection plan which it did not cover anything. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS FURNITURE COMPANY!!!!!
