The customer service and communication here is terrible. I had one experience with this company years ago and it went ok but I did not repeat as they were very disorganized. Last year they started calling and emailing me about wanting my business and I saw that they did improve their website and seemed to be doing better. I gave them a try and the first batch of leads and service was fine. The first issue was actually trying to get in touch with them to buy another 50 leads. Eventually I order another 50 pack of leads and the communication issues continued. I had about 6 bad leads(which is no problem) and they responded back and said they will replace all but 1. A week goes by and I did not receive these replacements so I sent an email and started calling them and I never received a response. I called and emailed expressing that I was also trying to buy more leads and they never responded. Fast forward months later and they start reaching out again. This time Marika calls me today 1/8/2024 and provides bad customer service. This review is already long so the short version is, after I told and showed her through emails what happened she continued to tell me that she sent an email saying the leads will be returned. She never showed any proof that the leads were returned and actually told me that they may not have been sent because of a system issue they were having. Also she never addressed my last email asking if they were going to replace the leads which is the biggest issue. She completely avoided her not responding to my email which is unprofessional and at the very least should be acknowledged. I am supposed to be contacted by the owner per our conversation and we will see if that actually happens.
