I love it here! The culture is great and the company gives you everything you need to be successful. It honestly is up to you how far you take it. A lot of people expect to clock in and out and work the bare minimum. This is an agency; our success is based on our clients. If you take care of the clients and bend when you need to for them, this company takes care of you. It’s as simple as that, but far too many under-performing team members who don't make it the long haul here think it’s because the company is out to get them or the president / leadership team is mean... no, they're just going to hold you accountable, especially when your work affects the lives and families of our clients.
