We were generally happy with the service, although one of the items was not with the consignment when it arrived, stating that it would follow. When ordering the goods this was showing as 'in stock' on the website. We tend to order goods as we need them, so if it was showing out of stock on the website, we would have gone elsewhere for the goods to avoid delays.
