I received my order a few days after ordering. One item was missing and one item that I did not order was included. I phoned Customer Services on the same day and they assured me that the problem would be sorted out. One week later nothing had arrived. I then emailed Customer Services repeating my problem.
It is now two weeks since my order. No contact from Customer Services and no missing item plus I still have the incorrect item ready for collection. Very disappointed. I am a Rotary Club past President and this company was recommended by our Rotary District to supply items to many Rotary Clubs for our annual Youth Technology Tournaments. I could not recommend this Company to my Rotary colleagues.
