I found entering the discount code impossible but when I phoned the company to ask why they were extremely helpful and sorted the problem quickly and in a friendly manner. My goods then arrived soon after. My order will arrive in two parts as some was not in stock (no problem) but I then found the invoicing confusing and had to ring back on that. The two invoices did not match and I wasn't sure what I was paying in the end. I don't think I am a stupid person - it really wasn't clear.
