Order was placed on line for collection. Was informed by email that it would be ready for collection in 1.5 hours.
After a couple of hours I went to the Trade Counter but order had not been picked. Warehouse was phoned and told I was waiting. I still had to get the counter staff to chase again after about 15 minutes. Nobody seemed to be acting with any sense of urgency at all. I have never seen your staff move so slowly or with such little enthusiasm.
Hardly "Rapid" Electronics.
