I have orders delivered to the channel isles and pay a £9 postage supplement.
Because some of the ordered items weren't in stock, Rapid weren't going to send the majority of stocked items until the few remaining components came into stock. Most suppliers would send the stocked items immediately.
If that is Rapids usual policy then at least they should contact/email the customer to let them know the components will be delayed and why. Rapid also do not send an email to confirm you order. You only hear back from them when the items are ready for shipment.
More communication please Rapid........or should I say not-so-Rapid.
