Prompt response to my original inquiry. Having only supplied you with the space dimensions, I was offered a number of options. Once I had made my selection, and placed my order, I was really pleased to hear that I would be receiving the desk within 10 working days. Much quicker than anticipated, especially in the lead up to Christmas. I was kept informed the whole time with regard to delivery - an email to confirm the date and then on the day a 25 minute warning from the drivers to say they were on their way. They were accurate to within 1 minute! The installation was quick and professional with minimal disruption to our reception area.
