Easy online process, and a very good intermediate step of sending all docs by email for pre-approval. What made them excellent was when my application was hit by minor interference at the other end from people who were trying to be helpful but got in the way of a perfectly acceptable process. Rapid Visas dealt well with the individual dialogue which followed and were always happy to respond to a personal email chasing progress. Thank you.
