Although expensive, when you are in a fix as an expatriate, this service is really worth it. As a regular traveller I had only two weeks interval to get my passport replaced from France and I had no confidence in the Home Office. My only criticism was that in taking the passport photos from an official passport "photobooth" that the image was not perfectly aligned, and was not picked up by the company when I sent them through as fax. In fact we sorted the problem using my Samsung 6 camera against a cream wall,.......a better solution for photos now than paying for a photobooth! As for the rest I found Rapid Visas, friendly , efficient and responsive to fix the problem and to go back for again renewal. I got my passport back well in time. Thanks Rapid Visas, I will recommend you again for next time, well worth it despite the high cost. Out of interest do you also do new passports for my son for example who has a French mother ( and French passport) .....as a British citizen I would also like him to have a British passport.
