I wasn't happy with the service provided for my boss' Saudi Business Visa application. Communication was lacking clarity and had to email Rapid Visas back and forth with lots of question once started the process. The drop off location for all important documents was dodgy as it was not Rapid Visas' office but more of a post office and the staff member collecting the documents couldn't check whether they were fine or not. Also, this drop off place is on Edgware Road that I have never found safe. I filled in an online form with return details regarding the documents and my boss' passport and nothing of it was followed. It was not clear that the only document to be returned was my boss' passport. I will not be using Rapid Visas' service again.
