The service is fast and communication is upto-date. Got visa as promised without any issues. The only thing i was disappointed is with the communication about increase in the visa charges. The charges were increased 6 times from the very date when my application is submitted. I have been communicating with you not less than 10 days before. Had we been advised that the charges 'may' increase and to hurry up, we would have saved much money. The date of possible increase of charges is in the news since long. We were not aware, nor were we made aware by you. Otherwise, excellent service. Thank you
