Nikoletta has, and continues to be so thorough! Everytime I need assistance, or clarification of something, she rings me/emails me back within 30 minutes and answers all my questions clearly. There was one instance where she needed clarification of something, so just called to ask me, so the visa could be submitted that same day. You don't get service that like nuch anymore, everyone wants to email and wait for an answer, which could take days!
